2. Upload your State Issued Resale Certificate or Business License
(or you may fax them to 714.242.9049 Attn: Trade-Only)
3. Your Trade-Only Account Number will be provided
to you when you place your first order (your
first order must be placed over the phone by calling
877.814.6760 Option 1).
